How to use Bulk QR Code Generator
- 1. Design one code first. Shapes, colors, and logo set in the studio apply to every code in the batch.
- 2. Paste your list. One payload per line, or CSV rows like table-1,https://menu.example.com/1 — the first column names the file.
- 3. Download the ZIP. Choose PNG for print and slides or SVG for editing, then export up to 500 codes in one click.
About this tool
Bulk generation is where hosted QR platforms switch to per-code pricing — because their codes route through their servers. Static codes have no marginal cost, so this tool generates the whole batch locally and zips it with JSZip in your browser.
Naming files from CSV
Two-column rows use the first column as the filename (table-7.png) and the second as the content. Duplicate names get a numeric suffix instead of overwriting, and a README in the ZIP records any failed rows.
Asset tags and inventory
Encode IDs or URLs to your internal tool per asset. SVG output keeps codes crisp on label printers at any size, and one shared design keeps the fleet recognizable.
