Wi-Fi QR Code Generator

Guests scan, phones join — no password read out loud. This page opens the QR studio on the Wi-Fi form; your SSID and password are encoded locally and never uploaded.

How to use Wi-Fi QR Code Generator

  1. 1. Enter the network name. Type the SSID exactly as it appears in Wi-Fi settings, then the password.
  2. 2. Pick the security type. WPA/WPA2 covers almost every modern router. Use Open only for password-less networks.
  3. 3. Style and print. Add a logo or colors, then export PNG, SVG, PDF, or an A4 sticker sheet for the wall or table tent.

About this tool

Both iOS and Android natively join networks from the standard WIFI: payload — point the camera, tap the prompt. The format encodes security type, SSID, password, and a hidden-network flag; this generator escapes special characters correctly so passwords with ; , : or quotes still work.

Why encode Wi-Fi locally

A Wi-Fi QR code literally contains your password in plain text. Server-side generators see it; this one builds the payload in your browser, so the only copies are the ones you print.

Café and guest-network tips

Print at 2cm or larger, keep strong contrast, and use the A4 sticker sheet for multiples. If you rotate the guest password, you only need to reprint the code — nothing expires on its own.
